When the VGN GmbH's website is accessed its web servers regularly and temporarily save the connection data of the incoming computer, the pages visited within the portal, the date, the length of the visit, the identification features of the type of brow­ser or operating system used as well as the website from which you accessed the VGN GmbH's portal.

Each data record consists of:

The use of analytics tools using full IP addresses is debated, therefore VGN GmbH points out that this website uses Piwik with the extension “_anonymizeIp()” which results in the processing of abbreviated IP addresses that cannot be directly linked to any individual.
